A conservation area of hills landscape and of “maremmano horse”<\/h3>\n

Managed by the State Forestry Corps<\/strong>, the Marsiliana State Natural Reserve extends around the villa of the\u00a0same name and includes forests, Mediterranean scrub, olive groves and pastures. The function of this reserve\u00a0consists mainly in the protection and enhancement of indigenous horses<\/strong> known as Maremmani<\/strong>. In the reserve\u00a0there is the Riding School of the State Forestry Corps<\/strong>: here the tradition of horses breed is closely connected\u00a0with cattle. Without a reservation it is not possible to visit it.<\/p>\n
