The characteristic name is due to the sound similar to\u00a0the one of the musical instrument produced by the pure <strong>quartz<\/strong> grains of the beach at the contact with the visitors\u2019\u00a0feet. An amazing beach wedged between two promontory with their turquoise <strong>transparent waters<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>scenic beauty.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Where is Cala Violina<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cala Violina<\/strong> is situated between <strong><a href=\"\/en\/villages-towns\/follonica-grosseto\/\">Follonica<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"\/en\/beaches-sea\/punta-ala-grosseto\/\">Punta Ala<\/a><\/strong>, in the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.parks.it\/z.costiere.scarlino\/Eindex.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nature Reserve of Bandite di Scarlino<\/a><\/strong>, accessible\u00a0only on<strong> foot<\/strong> or by <strong>bicycle<\/strong> walking along a scenic path in the Mediterranean scrub.<\/p>\n<p>[vc_video link=&#8217;https:\/\/vimeo.com\/164066729&#8242;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>How to get to Cala Violina<\/h3>\n<p>From the SP 158 delle Collacchie which connects Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica, continue to the\u00a0Tourist Dock (on the right) by Puntone. Close to the \u201cCantuccio\u201d Restaurant, you have to park the car and\u00a0follow the path accessible only on foot or by bike and continue to Cala francese and Cala Martina.<\/p>\n<p>Cala Violina can be reached through another path: from Puntone take the highway of Collacchie, then turn\u00a0right in a gravel way about 400 meters before reaching the Gas Station of Pian d&#8217;Alma. The signs for Cala\u00a0Violina should be very visible around the farm Laschetti.
